Yes, I'm back playing WoW. Not raiding or anything (totally burned out on that still), so not spending nearly as much time in it.
Don't know for sure what we're playing tonight. "Usual" type stuff available: Scene It, Scattergories, Taboo, Cranium, CatchPhrase. Drinking will be involved.

Those are all fun board games. I just got the newest cranium game, Wow. It's on sale at Target for $18 this week. Normal price is $25 - $30.

If you like Scene-It board games. I highly recommend setting aside the funds for the 360 Scene-It. The game is really fun and the buzzers give it that game show feeling.
Plus, easy achievements.

Except the winner is more random then Mario Party, so that is super frustrating.

It isn't that random.
You have to answer questions right, build up the multiplier and get a lot of points.
Mario party is way more random with its star handout at the end.
The last round is 3 or 5 questions. If you answer right, you get a multiplier added to your score. Each question has a base point value of 2,000. If you get all the questions right, on the last one you will have a 10x multiplier going. If you get that one right, you can get up to 20,000 points. That can give you a come from behind win. But there is nothing random about it. No right answers, no multipler to help you.

Tonight: Rasputina concert! I saw them live a few years ago, but it'll be Carrie's first Rasputina show. They put on a good live show, so it should be fun.
Saturday and Sunday we'll be visiting my parents, so no gaming for me (except for DS and PSP). Sunday night I'll be home so I'll try and get on COD4 or Halo. I've been focusing on single player games for a while now, and I'd like to get back in the habit of playing some online multiplayer.
I've been trying to play some of the single player CoD4 this afternoon.
1. I suck at this game.
2. Veteran is ridiculously hard.
I may have to bump the difficulty down to see the storyline and then go back through it at a higher level for the challenge.

Yup you could rock at the game and be winning by quite a bit, but one wrong question and you lose the whole game...stupid! Not worth $60 of frustration IMO. Also, it's not a fun big party game like the board game is.

Friday: have the kid until the wife comes home and then have famliy time when she gets home around 8. Might be able to play tonight, but am not sure.
Saturday: Breakfast with Santa and neighborhood C-mas party that evening.
Sunday: play H3 or COD4

Halo for tonight and then graduation ceremonies and open house for my sister Saturday and Sunday. Combined with the regular household duties and the need to do some holiday shopping it will make for a busy weekend.

I got the invites from a few of you last night. I was attempting to play Lego Star Wars with my wife, but that lasted all of about 10 minutes. The girls woke up and I didnt get back online until around 11pm. Played a few matches with Sam, Hooah, Mike and went to bed too late.

I have no plans this weekend. I'm starting to get sick, so I just want to rest.
I'll probably be playing something tonight. I might start in COD4, then switch to H3 if you guys get online later in the night.
I may have a party on New Year's Eve, but that will depend on if I really get hit hard with whatever illness is starting to hit me now.
I'd like to play some H3 tonight. I won't be on too late. I have to get up early tomorrow morning.
