Interested in becoming a Brigadier?

If you are interested in becoming a member of the clan, you should first know who we are and what our group is about. Please be sure and read the About Us page before proceeding.

We are always open to accepting new players into our fold, but we are a tight knit group and stand by our policies pretty strictly. If you like trash talking, singing in your microphone, dropping during matchmaking games, being rude to your teammates, or throwing temper tantrums when you lose, then you are not going to be welcome. We have zero tolerance for any racist, homophobic, or bigoted language. If you’re an adult with a job and family who plays for a couple hours a night to relax and have fun, then you’ve come to the right place. While age does play a part in considering someone new, we are more concerned with their level of maturity.

Our general recruiting process begins with you registering on the Forum, if you haven’t already, and then introducing yourself here. Regular interaction on the Forum accounts for half of what it means to be part of 8BB and allows everyone to get to know you outside of just online gaming. Take the time to read through our Forum Guidelines before posting.

The other half of the Brigade is, of course, online gameplay. Send out Friend Requests to xmiyux & DontBeAJimmy. They are the initial points of contact for potential members and will get you into some games. Although skill level is a factor, personality, sense of humor, communication, and a willingness to learn are more heavily weighted around here.

Typically we allow at least a month of posting and gaming to go by before we consider extending an invitation for membership to any player.

If you would like to pursue joining the clan or have any further questions about 8BB or the recruiting process please send a Private Message to Canis Firebrand or DontBeAJimmy.
