Good job guys! The discussion about FFXIII and Slitt's comments in particular slayed me.
The newest episode of Zero Punctuation will be directly up Slitt's alley.
edit: Like all Zero Punctuation videos it is NSFW.

Yall ever thought about doing a live show with call-ins? I'm getting tired of yelling at my android while listening!
Good show!

I think we should do a mega type podcast where we have a lot of members on it and a very loose outline... it may run long, but then you can edit it to keep as much of the good stuff as possible..
There will be good stuff.... right?.... guys?

A live call-in show would be interesting, but I don't quite know the technical details of how we could do that. If people used our voice mail, we'd gladly add those to the show. ;)
I'd love to have a Mega Show with lots of guests, but I can't speak for the other hosts. If they're up for it, I'm in.

We should do the mega show for our 25th episode. Come up with some crazy name for the episode and have lots of guests. :D

I don't hate it, I just don't like it or find it to be much fun.

I think Gramps went into decent details on this in the thread on Bad Company 2.
If you aren't a player who excels at the one to one killing (like me) then games that allow for support classes and reward them for playing appropriately are awesome. I actually have hopes that Reach will do this.
I like playing medics or engineers. I enjoy not trying to take the perfect shot (because odds are i will miss ) but i make a damn good backup for a stronger player. I can make sure they have a medkit nearby to regen, revive them when they get blindsided, call out (or mark in BC2) enemy targets and lay down suppressing fire. I imagine folks like Shlug who really enjoy driving the vehicles would really love something like BC2 because it directly rewards that behavior. You can basically use a vehicle in every match - either ferrying people around or owning people from tanks, skies, or the remote controlled UAV. While you do this you are getting XP in that vehicle driving class and unlocking specific vehicle perks.
One of the reasons i'm excited for Reach is i hope it might do something similar. I doubt there will be a true support class which will bum me out a little (or enough support perks/armor add-ons to create one) but i do have hope.

Yeah, games where all you do is shoot people over and over just get old for me. Support classes add that ever-important element of variety.
